From the South:The Health Center is located on Route 512 just 4 miles north of Route 22. Turn right immediately after the True2Form sign onto Chrisphalt Drive.

From the North:The Health Center is located 7/10 of a mile south of Route 248. Turn left onto Chrisphalt Drive after the railroad tracks and immediately before the True2Form sign.

Directions from Health Center at Bath to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg:Take 512 S to 22W. Take the first exit – Schoenersville Rd. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp, and the hospital campus will be on your right.
